Two decades on refinery floors, pipeline corridors and fabrication yards taught him one truth — India's graduates need industry, not just classrooms. ATI is the answer.

The founder spent over two decades inside India and the Gulf's most demanding industrial environments — inspecting critical welds on refinery pipelines, governing safety on offshore platforms, and leading QA/QC divisions responsible for multi-crore fabrication contracts. He saw, first-hand, the widening gap between what colleges taught and what sites demanded.

That gap became ATI's founding purpose: to take raw graduates and turn them, in months, into technicians who are productive from day one on a real worksite — certified, confident and employable across the world.
